I requested a refund because I did not get what I originally signed up for. I also recived broken software and requested(3 different times) new software. I submitted my request for refund within the 30 days and on the date the date they needed it by. I returned the software with a writen letter of why I was canciling the program and requesting the refund. They recived all information on march 26 2011. It is June 3rd 2011 and we have yet to get a refund, a phone call, noone will answer my call or return my voicemails or my emails. I think they are a fraudulant business.
