Company will not refund my $2000.00 dollars for a mortgage modification n order for me to keep my home. They did not complete their end of the modification and will not refund my money even though I have followed refund procedure. In which it was also stated new modification contract within 120 days and it is 11 months and losing home to foreclosure. This company took my money when I was in need of help and did not have the money to lose.
