THEY are some of the biggest crooks,since Bernie Madoff. charged $2500 to get a rate reduction, never happened and will not refund my money .Went to small claims ,court ordered refund, still no refund.these people feel they are above the law and that they can come in your home and steal you blind as they have me,and snub the law .my next move will be collection agency. I HOPE THIS WILL GET OUT IN THE PUBLIC AND THESE A__ _ _ _ _ _ s WILL HAVE TO FILE BANKRUPT AS THEY HAVE CAUSED A LOT OF STRUGGLING AMERICIANS
